Arbiter had barely any time in Halo 3, but he did have a small character arc with Chief, at the beginning he doesn't want to fight Chief out of necessity but by the end, he willingly imperils himself on a mission he doesn't need to just to fight side by side with him.

I wonder what happened to the skies of Installation 04B when the firing sequence starts (Going from cloudy to dusk)
I think it's supposed to represent the atmosphere becoming unstable. Since the installation is tearing itself apart, it's having an effect on its atmosphere as well, which is why the sky is all red. Either that or it's actually light from all the fire and explosions taking place across the installation.

At 16:20 Johnson didnt jump down from the cliff so i had to throw a grenade because the door wouldnt open
Thanks! I was trying to figure out if I needed to defeat any more enemies and if I was missing some switch somewhere. I was racking my brain trying to figure out why there was a guy just standing there and how to get that door open. This fixed the glitch.

Figured it out their was a guy the size of an ant on the top cliff not shooting or doing anything...just sitting their. Kind of a bug but figured it out

First mistake. Amateur playing the game second mistake. Having sound effects louder than the backing music (especially for this mission) third mistake USE THE MAN ON THE GUN!!!!!
