good job pd, when i tried the first time I expected it to work like revive or a pc mod via adding files, but it works more like a cheat engine / trainer by moding the game in realtime, i read the app rai pal will be use on finally release to no just discover UEVR games from your library, but also update UEVR and get profiles, so we still beta testing but it works great and will get better

you probably figured it out already, but incase you haven't there is a setting in the injector settings, so what i'm about to say can be altered, but it defaults to: resting your right thumb on the thumb rest area of the controller, and with your right thumb there, your left joy stick now acts as the d-pad instead of movement. i got it working last night, you have to make sure you're in open-xr and not open-vr though. didn't seem to work when i was in open-vr

When i am adjusting the gun as he is here, i notice the blue box is aimed about 45 degrees towards the sky relative to my actual controller and in game gun. explaining it a different way: if i were to match up the grip of the in game revolver to the grip of my physical quest pro controller at a comfortable 1 to 1 angle, the big blue box is aimed 45 degrees towards the sky. Also the bullets come out of the gun, make that 45 degree turn and shoot off into the sky. its as if the adjustment box itself is misaligned with my physical controller. is there a way to adjust the blue box in relation to the physical controller? EDIT: yes i have set the input to the relevent controller. (i have tried both right and left hand. the issue persists on both.)
Is it possible to setup to use the mouse for aiming in FPS and 3rd person games, and a VR controller in left hand for buttons and analog movement instead of a keyboard?
Most UEVR tutorials talk about performance boosting but its not something I require as my rig is pretty high end i9 14900KF RTX 4070 etc etc. What I need is a guide on how to fix the graphics for blinking artifacts and flashing shades etc. Talos Principle 2 has fuzzy/ blurry textures. But your help is obviously appreciated.

With Quest 3 and Airlink works almost as well,. With the fixed foveated rendering from Steam Link it should be amazing,. I only have an RTX FTW³ 3070 but it does a great job as far as I can tell!
I'm playing Stray in UEVR and it's awesome, except i can't remap the B key, so i keep dying because i can't shake off those stupid little leeches. The B key is dead, it's working in every other thing I play, so i don't know what to do. Any help? I've checked so many places and I am legitimiately losing my mind lol. Great video, though - i'm learning a lot. Just not why i can't get the B button to do what it should...
It would have been good if you were a little bit more clear about what you meant by turning down your 4K monitor to 1080. Are you just turning down the game settings to foot to 1080 or are you setting your monitor settings themselves to 1080 in windows if that's possible. It was just a thought I had thank you.
Could you use this for a game that already has VR support, but you want to run VR with a controller? Phasmo is a very difficult game to play sitting for several reasons, and I would love to play the game in VR, but not have to deal with all the added headaches the motion controllers bring.
Oof.. this just IS NOT working for me. (Trying to run on Hogwarts Legacy) Every time I inject the game it crashes itself or Steam VR or both. Why does nothing ever work for me (as advertised). Is there something I am missing in the settings of UEVR? I am using a Quest 2 with Quest Link Cable. At one point it even crashed the hmd forcing me to restart it because it was no longer connecting to my PC. After the restart of the hmd it was still fussy and I had to log off Windows 10 and log back in and reopen Oculus app and find the hmd that way. I've never had any issues remotely like this before. I just want to see Hogwarts man!!! 😢

Your videos are always good. I've followed all your steps and semi successful. Launched steam vr from VD. Open uevr injector on pc. Started game on pc. Injected game. Oroblem us, when put headset on (quest 2), any game i try does not work. Can see it in headset, but my controllers dont control game at all. Only think it foes is bring up uevr injector menu vus thumbsticks. Really can't see where I'm going wrong. Any hrlp much appreciated. Thanks

In UEVR Camera menu when I try to change camrea position values in some games I can click into the value line by holding Ctrl on keyboard and I can write any numerical values, but in other games I can not do that, however I press Ctrl but I am unable to click into the line to add any proper numerical value, and I am only able to move the sliders left and right. Can you tell me why is that? Thank you!
I’ve watched a lot of videos about this mod but none explained one thing. Dose it work an “all” or “most” games as they say or dose this only work on only Unreal games. I ask as the games I would love to use this mod on are not unreal games, like space engineers, x4, farming simulator 22 (don’t laugh hehehe)
Only game made with unreal engne 4 and 5. Game made with other engine doesnot work. But a modder is working on universal unity injector same as this unreal injector so basically in the next 2-3 year hopefully when this injector come out, you will never run out of game since both popular game engine will be playable
re4 for quest is made on unreal for mobile chip, re4 remake pc/xbxsx/ps5 is made on REngine by capcom, it wont work but praydogs keeps working on REngine pcvr mod

This injector have a malware or something? My antivirus move it files to quarantine. The reason is because it have a PUA:Win32/Packunwan. It is safe or is dangerous? (Excuse my bad English)
UEVR is a neat idea but honestly unless oyu have a 4090 or better it's unplayable. Tried a dozen games on a 3070, never got over like 20 fps on any of them. Even very minimal graphic games.
This is a great idea for a series and the title is perfect for beginners

you know you can turn off the up/down look movement on the right stick controller right? Its somewhere in the injector settings.

Its a false flag its safe and thousands use it every day.

Work well with my 3080 but still is heavy on the GPU.
Have you tried lowering the resolution to the headset? that makes a big difference.
