Outstanding video. Wonderful instruction. How about an on line catalog for all parts for the machine.? You all have been consistently so very helpful.

I only use distilled water in mine. I also utilize tge water from my dehumidifier, capture it and then filter it again prior to use.

What about the right and left water nozzles? The right hand nozzle quit on me in the middle of using. It’s not the pump and all other water nozzles are working properly.

Hello! I have the 8" CabKing and find that the water fills my tray and doesn't drain well on both sides. I have my CabKing higher than the bucket (bucket on floor). I also have issue with the tubing popping out of the bucket. Do you have videos on setting up the drain system or have suggestions? Thank you so much!

I find that the tubes get clogged periodically and I have to "shake" them to help the waster move through the tube, I also had the tube pop out of the bucket, so I clamped a "binder clip" (those are the big paper clips), then wired the tubes to that to keep them in place, really anything would work. I replaced the tubes once, but the material is not that great, so I've been wanting to replace with something better.

I lost one of my water nozzles over the wheels. Cabking is out of the replacements. Anyone have any ideas of where I can get a replacement or maybe something I can use as a temporary fix?

That's funny because mine kept getting clogged (boulder opal is very messy), so I took them off, but I really would like to revamp the system to provide more flow, maybe a bigger pump, but otherwise has been working well for many years.

Hi Megan - We're sorry you feel this way. Did you contact CabKing's customer service team to resolve the issues you were having? In regards to the plastic design, this is on purpose to prevent rust, which we think is nasty.

@@CabKing I agree, I have no issue with the quality of the machine, mine has been very reliable... the only part that has rusted after five years are the magnets on the side that hold the side plates on. I did have an issue with the power switch failing, but customer support was very helpful to resolve this. This was in 2018
