The theme is a funk DJ that plays on Wednesday evenings. I've been posting memes and pictures of events, let me know what you think and thank you!

But doesn't using an established brand like Adventure Time to market your event bring up issues in copyright and trademarking when it's not affiliated with the original brand?
did you already plan for the event to have 1000+ people, or it gradually got bigger as you promoted? If I'm just getting into event hosting, is 1000 people attending too high of a goal to shoot for? talent show type stuff

Let the venue handle it or bring in 3rd party vendors. I'm sure that's a great opportunity for profit but starting out it's easier to let someone else manage that risk
