I think considering you said you always dye your hair black, maybe that’s why it didn’t take as well as you thought it would? Maybe you were supposed to remove the black dye first… I’m guessing the roots took (quicker) maybe bcos they didn’t have any dye on them ?

Yeah the dye comes with the gloves and a mixing stick so the only thing you worry about is basically a container in which you will use to mix the dye

Yes the root did take quicker as there was new growth and the heat from my scalp helped for it take faster

U should have left it longer thats why it was still black on the ends .. the roots got dyed fast cause the heat from ur head makes it go fast

I used Revlon and it worked perfectly but i bleached my hair first (i have a afro 4c)
I've never tried Revlon before and I fear bleach yoh😭 but I'm glad it came out well for you sis❤️😌
