    14:08 How did sir arrive at x^2+1 as a factor? can someone please enlighten..

      He did not arrive at that factor, he just knew it because he probably plotted it from the expression using some software like desmos.
      That example was shown to us to illustrate the fact that some polynomials have zeros that cannot be obtained using the methods we learnt so far. Here the two zeros of (x^2 + 1) are outside the real domain and therefore we cannot find them or their corresponding multiplicities.

      Nahh bro we know that the other roots must be complex so take it as (x²+a)
      Now the function is f(x)=k(x²+a)(x-2) since we know the graph check for 2 points and find k and a.
      Please note that I just made this up so there maybe better ways ig 😅
