- I went hunting to the Yukon for the first time when I was 18. My goal was to try to harvest a bull moose with my traditional bow. I hunted with the longbow for two weeks without a single opportunity.
12 years later I came back to the Yukon with my dad. We double on two fantastic bulls, on a trip and and adventure of a lifetime, my dads with a rifle and mine with a bow.
After traveling all around the world hunting, still my dads favorite hunting destination is Canada, and specially the Yukon moose.

This one hit home mate. I lost my Dad to brain cancer about 7 years ago now and he was an amazing man who taught me so much about the outdoors and life. Good on you and your Dad and congrats on a great hunt. Thanks for sharing and best to you and your people.

Buddy should have melted a wack of pine gum.
To put in the hole & pack it with saw dust or maybe he should know enough to pack JB weld for potential boat repairs.
It's pretty sad when you pay good money for a boat hunt & the dame thing leaks....

Always wanted to do this with my Father and my sons. Dad was diagnosed with a terminal aggressive brain cancer early this year and will not be able to live out this dream unfortunately. Sadly brother Yukon hunting is generally only done for the trophy. To get the meat out you gotta pay an exorbitant price that most are unwilling to pay, so they leave the carcass there... My coworker told me about his last hunt (he's 86 now). It was in the Yukon for a moose and bear and the guide was unwilling to take the meat out for either animal at any cost because it's just too difficult to do.
So, how does one afford all this hunting all the time all over the world? No bullshit, m'kay, I want the truth?
Pedro another successful hunt with your Father. His Bull was quite nice with the split palm antlers. I'm really enjoying watching your hunting videos. I used to be a professional hunting guide on private islands in Ontario. As well as I guided for Waterfowl in and around Kingston Ontario Canada. I was younger then 18 to 35 i guided. Miss those days but seeing your videos brings back memories of my favorite pastime. 💪🏼🙏🏻✨
