Oops?, JigSaw or Nibbler? We cut sprinter windows with both!

We're installing rear windows on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter and we're going to cut the holes two different ways. One will be cut with a nibbler and the other with a jig-saw. Which works best for you?

No primer on the window?

The adhesive is Sikaflex P2G (Primerless to glass). There is a black primer applied on the doors before I lay down the bead of adhesive. Not on the glass.
