Ingredients:
2 Pudina Sharbat ke lie
Mint - 1/2 cup
Nimbu ka Ras - 2 Lemon
Jeera Powder - 1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp
White Namak - 1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Sugar Syrup - 3 + 3 tbsp
Ice - 4-5 + 4-5
Pani - top up karne ke lie
Sattu Drink ke lie
Bhuna Chana - 1 cup
Pyaaz - 2 tbsp
Hari Mirch - 1
Pudina Patta - 4 leaves
Nimbu ka Ras - 2 Nimbu ke
Salt - to taste
Kala Namak - 1/4 tsp
Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
Thanda Pani - 2 glass

Add kachi Keri ( raw mango ) in pudina sharbat while grinding, no need for lemon juice.
Lemons are very expensive in Summers.

और सफेद नमक की जगह सेन्धा नमक प्रयोग करना चाहिए
