College Football used to reward you for actually winning important things, conferences for example. This job is just the easiest in college football and if you don't win a title in the first few years, you suck and won't win one at all. He's actually proof that this job is really easy because he was a nobody nothing before they gave it to him. The reality is the big 10 just not a league that produces a lot of nationally elite rosters. When you look at his record against title contending rosters, it's absolutely abysmal. Be better than this and hide your OSU bias better. Starting a fight over a college flag is ridiculous. This flag-planting idea has been going on for a long time, and only when it happens to one of the darlings in CFB who starts a fight that requires pepper spray does it become a problem. Didn't hear the complaining over the last decade when Oklahoma and Texas plant a flag at the end of their rivalry game.
