Being a Fiddler myself (Irish/Mountain), I am awed by these two. Hadley must be very proud of his granddaughter. Both of you inspire me to keep playing. I want to learn Cajun Fiddling at some point. Not good enough yet.
Awesome !!!! This type of music got me wanting to play violin all my life I don't know if I'll ever be this good but I still love to hear the pros do it and it still drives me . Keep playing , because it's a culture thats sadly vanishing right before our very eyes .

Cajuns and Canada have the exact same French history as both regions (Louisiana) and Quebec (Canada) were part of the French Empire's "Nouveau France" from the 1600's into the 1800's. French these regions were and for centuries. All vestiges of French culture and Francophone people are now vanishing (population decline). Malheureusement.
