Thanks for the shoutout Jean-félix, I'm glad you find the potato-ricer-juice-squeezing useful! Congratulations on another amazing episode! P. S. 08:00 That's a mighty cloudy apple juice you've got there, my friend! 😅
I just got all 3 seedlip varieties for dry January and I have to agree they are so great for zero proof cocktails. That garden swizzle looks amazing. Gonna try it this weekend. Cheers!
Awesome video! ❤️ The ideas are really cool, I'll try some of them out for sure. :) It's so funny, but I got my first bottle of Seedlip exactly 2 days ago! 😂 Talk about great timing! Thanks!
Great video, no alcohol cocktails are extremely popular here. We have a section on our menus for them and it’s a great way to let our guests who aren’t drinking alcohol still feel special.
Very nice vid, my friend! Also watched the collab on Cara's channel. That was the most boss cocktail video ever on RUclips. So nice to see the community working together. Have a great week!
@Truffles On The Rocks ... Looking forward to some side by side comparisons to the original cocktails. Seedlip has a great list of Mocktails which has me searching out their boozy doppelgängers
@@TrufflesOnTheRocks 🙄 Hummmmm I still think it's the most boring fruit in the world so that's also why I think you are a genius. You make me love this cocktail even with it 😂 HAHAHAHA
Great Video! Really love the options. I thought about getting some Seedlip but doesn't it not last very long due to the fact there is no Alcohol in there? So you can't just get it and have it around for when you need it.
Swizzle is the act of "whisking" a cocktail with crushed ice by making some back and forth moves with a swizzle stick or a spoon. The same way I made in the video
I understand that you need to do sponsored videos, but honestly: these kind of non-alcoholic brands are just selling distilled water with a little extra flavour for the price of an alcoholic bottle (but without having to pay the extra taxes!!!) The prices are truly outrageous.
Just to make something clear, I don't "need" to do sponsored videos. If I do accept to make some, trust me it's because I believe in the product. That said, I understand where you stand, I been there but I changed my mind over time. I would like to bring to your attention a few details. Because you can buy a bottle of booze for the price of Seedlip is not an argument to decide whether it is worth it or not if you ask me. If you buy NA mixer, it's because you DON'T want to drink alcohol. So comparing them both is irrelevant. What you need to ask yourself is, is it good for you and is it worth the money you pay for it. Thinking that NA product like Seedlip is flavoured water is oversimplified and doesn't define the product properly. If you dig deeper into the "how it is made" you'll realize there's a lot of effort put into making those. It's actually made following a very cool process. Flavours are naturally extracted by the maceration of ingredients in very low ABV liquid and then distilled following a unique process where the alcohol is removed. So it is in fact, de-alcoholized distilled spirit and not flavoured water. It ain't cheap that's true but all the work done to make it explains that. Then, I think it is very important to understand that having a NA drink will never be the same than an alcoholic one and it's lame to think that NA spirits should achieve to mimic real booze taste and mouthfeel for the unique reason that it is NOT real booze. It's a unique category of product to allow people that are not drinking alcohol to have wider possibilities. I hope this will help you to understand better what Seedlip is and maybe switch your opinion. Cheers!
@@TrufflesOnTheRocks I really appreciate your willingness to respond and discuss and I respect you a lot so I shouldn’t have started about “having to do sponsored videos”, even if I said it with good intent. Let’s start by agreeing to disagree and not go into this too much, but I would like to point out one of your arguments: The process you refer to is most likely reversed osmosis, which is commonly used in a lot of food production processes, most commonly in concentrated juice production. The process is the same, regardless of removing water or alcohol, but a box/bottle of concentrated fruit juice hardly ever exceeds €1. Now the point is does one think it’s worth it? And that’s the exact reason why companies choose a similar price point as their alcoholic counterparts, because people like to have the same feeling as when buying a nice bottle of alcohol. A Dutch consumer tv-show did some journalistic research into this and after interviewing some stakeholders arrived to a similar conclusion. Honestly the production cost of this is sub €3 and with scale benefits could go to sub €1, I’m guessing Seedlip will be in the latter, rather than the former. For me personally, it’s not worth it, I’d rather infuse some (sugar)water with herbs and/or spices myself, like you often do yourself as well!
@@BelovedNL I agree about not going into this too much. Though, I’d like to hear more about your theory on the price point. I think the distillation process in non alcoholic distilled « spirit » makes it way different than what you refer to.

Yes I'm pretty sure that's what American people refer to as "apple cider"
HAHAHA!!!! I didn't forget you my friend.
These look really good. These are perfect for non-alcoholic cocktails. I approve this message of dry January.
Thanks mate! I think it's good to have some options for dry nights.

What you mean side by side comparisons?
I'm now addict to the Swizzle Garden!! The pairing with the Kalamata olives is insane. You are a genius my love!! 😁🖤
😃 Who thought you’d start to like honeydew 🍈 😂

Well they say it last 6 months which is pretty if you ask me. And I never kept a bottle open Longer then 2-3 weeks cause... it’s good 😃
@@TrufflesOnTheRocks Interesting. I might have to pick one up and give it a try. Wish this was around when the wife was pregnant! Oooh boy.
