He is so right, I can't describe my happiness seeing it on the Vivek sir F2F show. Trust me everyone, the game is to make money, unless you book profit that money/gain is not yours. Everybody says about long term investing, my perception towards long term investing is in index simple, rest you can't invest long term in stocks. Make money from one book profit and shift it to another stock. I mean by booking profit doesn't mean take money out of market, shift the money to another stock which falls in your criteria.
💯 agree with you. But, my problem is that after selling good stock in profit, I don't put that money in good stock or can also say that the after investing that amount in other stock, the new stock goes down. How to identify next stock to invest?
@@san-desh7130 Make a strategy Buddy, just follow it religiously, trust me that would make big money for you. Even if you do a business, you take chances that it may be 50% success 50% failure. Think of trading as business, you will make loss on 50-60% stocks but ensure those leftover 40-50% are giving you gains to cover the loss and you book these profit to make real income like you book loses. Also for your concern about next good stock, when you book profit it doesn't mean very next minute, hour or day you need to invest that money. Wait until a stock comes in the above defined criteria then only follow. Losses comes in way and you cut it short and profits come in way and you maximize your profit. Adding trailing stoploss is another factor you can implement.
I am a retail investor and i have been in the markets for 15 years and i bave made money every year till now including the current year because i have always believed in booking profits and sticking to shares of good companies that show good price action..yes,ashu madan is right when he says u have to learn to book profits without that being a good investor or trader is just a pipe dream.

Vivek sir, very good session, it was not Technical ( i mean charts, etc ) but the mindset theories from Ashu sir. How to think and never to be long for years in this dynamic world. sir, it's a sincere request to arrange a session for options with Ashu sir, as I am sure many of us want to learn and know about options and mindset on options trading, but we are scared, as our mindset is that options are tough and not simple. looking forward to more such great sessions. Ashu sir made us realize that money in the pocket is more important than money on paper or excel sheets portfolio, and seeing that portfolio on paper and getting happy is not the reality of today's stock market but rather profit booking, an entry in trade and exists after entries are more important. Diversification hands-down is the only way to Solve the issue in long term investing. No one can be right all the time so to balance the losses and eliminate the fear of losses. Ashu sir is analyst but for long term investing is something different. There is a lot of things which we should consider while investing and understand if the business can be there for 10-15 years. Learn from everyone but its your money to invest and you are responsible for every decisions you make.
