Honestly we didn’t have a routine for him. So we created one and slept on the floor next to his bed for a week. The second week we didn’t sleep in his room. If he woke up we went and comforted him and put him back in his bed and sat with him until he fell asleep. It was a rough few weeks but now a few months later and he sleeps in his bed no problem. We were exhausted but stuck with it not letting him in our bed at all. Good luck girl bc it’s not easy at all lol
