The will to help others in need not only for material needs but also for emotional uplifting can not go without any positive result how ever small or insignificant it may seem.We all need each other in one way or another.
Day one if i wanted to conversation someone, i would give my email if afraid speaking during work. With email they can be more personal and more help can be available without being to bother customers. Email can be much more personally if that is the way to communicate.
