the irony is that vegetable oil is the most unhealthy oil and olive was way better 🤣 I mean I get why it's used in baking but still they didn't need to roast you lol

Normal olive oil has a very strong flavor, that’s why it’s not used for baking. But normal vegetable oil is nasty as well. You have to use sunflower seed oil or Arbequina Variety Olive oil

Next time you bake a cake put a little bit of butter on the pan. Then spread it all over the pan. After that put the pan in the oven and let the butter melt. This prevents your cake from sticking.

Sorry that you went through that!! Sadly, it's the hatred/envy of darker skin. I'm not African. I am a native of Tennessee. I was called the same thing a lot in elementary just because I was dark-skinned. I think I was in the 1st grade when I first heard the insult. Mind you, this was way back in 1980, so this is classic colorism and stupidity. I went home asking my mom about it and she just said they were stupid and ignore them. This ignorance starts at home and needs to be corrected. Colorism is still an issue.

Congratsssss a few tips: Next time use a baking pan and put some parchment paper on the bottom so it doesn’t stick or spread some butter around, instead of water use milk it’s better and and it helps to make the batter creamier and the cake softer, add some lime or lemon zest for flavor, add some vanilla extract with the zest. Before u game the cake out of the pan get a knife and go around the cake so it comes out clean.

when you talked about being tall and how especially tall girls may feel insecure I really related to that. I'm 5'9 and am usually the tallest in the room. I ended up developing severe height dysmorphia and it got so bad that I couldn't look at myself in the mirror or I would completely break down. It is really comforting seeing someone be so open and confident about being a taller height and it's inspiring me to worry less about how I look. i was quite literally sat here about to cry because everyone was commenting about my height , mainly because i was about to be taller than my mom (i have a short mom, tall dad type situation), i kept thinking everyone only knew me as the tall person at school, the tall friend, the tall relative, ect. then i watched the part about how courtreezy and her whole family is tall and it instantly put a smile on my face. my main fear was not being able to wear cute clothes in my aesthetic beacuse of my height, but seeing courtreezy quite literally rocking every outfit she wears gives me hope for the future. IM SO HAPPY IM A REEZY.
