When using miswak, you should brush it🪥 horizontal way and we don't brush it with toothpaste, just the miswak itself. It removes bad smell, make your teeth whiter and stronger if you use it consistently.

I am seriously blown away there is a channel about a guy simply testing toothbrushes, and mostly really nothing else... No other content really... That I saw.... With almost 8 million subscribers. It's entertaining and has been going strong for years, I believe since 2020? Which in itself to get that many subs in such a short time is not easy. I mean seriously kudos to the guy running this channel. Talk about "what do you do for a living?" And on top of that from what I quickly glanced at was videos are being uploaded frequently/often, every few days or so. It's crazy. AND on top of all that it's positive content. I dunno why but I like watching the asmr food because me myself I can’t eat food without getting sick because of a condition I have so I just drink milkshake kinda things of different flavours so I love the asmr and you have also inspired me to brush my teeth more with crazy toothbrush flavours and mouthwashes

Tbh I only use the miswak like when I’m out walking ,jogging or in a shorter way taking a walk. It’s like useing a “portable” toothbrush it’s really handy! Plus I don’t use toothpaste with it but either way is correct I guess! Thank you to whom ever is reading this I hope you enjoyed my short story about how I use the miswak :) Oh and I don’t think it’s 7,000 yrs old Because most of them just come from tree roots(not any tree). But this is just a theory!
