That's looking great Al! She's trimming out very well it looks like. I think you'll have a blast with that machine. I've had more fun with mine than I've had for quite a while, it's great to go back to my "roots" with a glider, high start, and transmitter alone....with a nice day and thermals to catch! This one does it SO well.....
I love these F3-RES gliders- they certainly are a giant leap forward in performance from the Gentle Ladies I learnt to fly on! It's also good to see more North American kits being produced too. I wonder if SIG could be persuaded to step into the fray?
Very nice video. Thinking about building one. I notice you went with no spoiler or didn't deploy spoiler. It seems fairly docile none the less. Would this plane be considered beyond a beginner's ability in building or flying?
There's a spoiler and it's very effective when needed. This isn't considered a beginner's kit, but probably can be built by anyone who takes their time and is careful. A true beginner might consider one of the regular 2m Chrysalis kits first.
Great build, nice flying, and a great way to show off another nice model from DJ Aerotech.

Very nice! Looks as good as the euro models.

Very nice indeed!
What a beauty!
Looks amazing. How do you find her vs the gentle lady?
No comparison. Excellent speed range and penetration - and very efficient.
