Hi ur Bob great kit I've seen them racing, thanks for showing the video. It was way back in the late 80's - mid 90's Brands hatch & Donington race tracks, just great to watch it GB.
Thanks for showing your painting over spray and how the placement of decals can hide those "defects". That is a great lesson for anyone new to painting on the inside of a polycarbonate body.
Great build as usual one thing i did notice though, if you were substantially younger ,when your watch went off with a message you would have dropped everything to answer it .good to see the old blokes don't get distracted.
Great video! I have just bought one of these 🤩 Can I ask? What grease did you use for the diff? 10:15 I see on another video that they used anti wear grease. What would you recommend? Many thanks
Nice looking truck, but I would prefer to have a TT-02 chassis instead of the TT-01 it came with. Also I would be swapping out a lot of the plastic parts with alloy parts from Yeah Racing. Great looking wheels.
I have the Tamiya Buggyra body as pictured on the box . It has over 125 individual stickers (that have to be cut out). It is a real livery that was raced in the FIA European Truck Racing Championship (ETRC). There are plenty of cool videos of these trucks racing on RUclips!

Really cool.
Is that Winston snoring in the background? 😂

Pura vida Bob, hermosa construcción como siempre. Te escribí
Hey Bob, I was wondering what you do with all the models you have build ... you must have a museum full by now ..😉
I generally sell them on hobbyconcepts.net

What kind of battery did you use
Just a standard NIMH pack 7.2 volts. I generally use 3600mah packs.
Pulling window masks off of painted lean bodies is my favorite parts
What's the wheelbase of the racing truck?
Where did you get those wheels and discs?
Thanks.
What ESC is that?
Tamiya, included with the kit.
Good evening, where did you buy the aluminum wheels and wheel discs? Can you give me the link?
I found them on eBay. Just search Tamiya Aluminum Wheels, there are lots......
Can this thing pull a 1/14 scale tamiya trailer. I was think of getting one of these
Probably not. Gearing is all wrong. It is however very fast!
What does that cost
So the body makes it 1/18 scale
Actually 1/14 Scale
@@HobbyconceptsLLC ive been watching the euro trucks race and their pace truck is a full size version im curious about size to a globeliner
Although my body came out really good, Id have to say it was the most tone consuming one I've ever done lol
TT01 chassis
The worst part of the build is the body!
