PAL’s frame rate is usually 25 fps which can be upscaled to 50 fps

Logic says 50fps is better. Then showing any friend of mine two versions of the same footage and everybody says 25fps looks better.

for car racing, 25fps delivers the feeling of speed and acceleration, so i think it's better. For general movement, 50fps is better of course.

Watching this on my Sony TV they both look exactly the same - I think this is pixel peeping RUclips converts everything down to 24fps anyway
