Q7 can be A or D but I think more points to A because giving him some time to relax will in turn reduce his nervousness which is more apt according to me
The answer will be Option A as the friend who is driving might be in a bit of shock and full of emotion of anger or nervousness so the best way is to calm the driver and ask to take a break before resuming to drive.
Can be A or B, but A seems more reasonable as it will help the person to cool down, whereas B though sounds like will enable to confront other car for driving rashly, can be dangerous.
Hi mam am new to your channel and it's my first day with you all and i have already seen more than 15 videos and i must tell you that you are amazing at what you do ❤️ Just one request can you daily give 2 topics in your community section to write eassy so that we get used to writing
mam In question 4, if I will sit calmly and triggering ourself what had get wrong with us, the images of the both me and my colleague will not impact good on the organisation and also the conflict of both of us will not resolved that is why I was choosen option 3rd ( Apologize and ask your colleague to apologize too ) , what is the reason I give my self to elements option 3rd. Because in previous year paper I was faced same issue on DM section.
A20, B0, C5, D5, E0 C5- Since, car has already passed now the person sitting in the car can yell and make the driver feel confident that it was not his fault. and for Q6 - I believe option D is 0 because since their reaction is violent , you cannot ask someone for suggestions in that scenario. you need to be little bit defensive since you might have taken all precautions to avoid such incident. Thank you Priyasha, please do let me know if im correct.
Please note that they are trying to avoid any such future accident by discussion...it might not be an immediate action that's the reason I also avoided it. But this was sir's explanation
Q2 I would have gone for option D only but ma'am I give a recent mock where there was a situation that a student's grandfather is died due to which he wasn't able to complete the assignment and he is part of the team and im that case the option chosen was by the teacher to ask him that these matter should be solved by him so I am bit confused when to be straightforward or when to emphasize
In question 4, my way of tackling it 15:58 Option A- keeping calm and get to the root and considering that was it mandatory to do anger or the problem can be sorted without it. (Actually this same thing, I apply on my daily problems, quite funny 😹) B. Avoiding anything is not a solution C. If Atlast We both have to apologise then why there was need of fight which impacted images of our both. D. Continuously arguing can turn into a disaster (completely bad) E. If I complain, then what's guarantee that I was right and he was wrong, the reason could be reverse too. Hence, I chose Option A Please rate my thinking, it will help a lot 😊
Hello, I attended a mock under CL for XGMT, as for the marks I scored 143 overall, however the percentile shown to me was around 75, Earlier it showed 99.99, and now it is showing 75, so, now I am in a dilemma, as to what could be the actual percentile to be achieved under this mock, as you once told that attempting nearly 50% of the overall paper correct can fetch 99+ percentile marks, so how can I get 75? also, In DI section I attempted 18/20 questions correctly still secured 84 percentile , is there some problem in the mock section, or I did bad? Please reply
Hey , First of all Thanks for this wonderful video. one doubt ! Why not option C is more apt for question 4 ? I feel option A is good but it is more of self reflection rather than sorting out something that happened in organisation. Thanks in advance.
Hey, For the 6th question, I picked option D but can't option C be given 15 points because being a site engineer and looking from a "agitated" workers perspective it can be considered as an excuse. What do you say?
Qu 7: A- is most reasonable. Since friend gets nervous, he should stop and relax for sometime before starting to drive again. B- is revenge mentality. Such behavior should be avoided on the streets. C- should be avoided as it does not yield any positive result in the given scenario. D- Being religious does not help in this current scenario. This can always be done later but not immediately. E- Ignore option is not the right answer. Correct Answer- A
Hey Priyasha! Firstly thank you so much for such valuable content, you're doing a great job. I have a doubt in my mind regarding answer due to social responsibility point of view. C and E got easily eliminated D might have got 5 points but I'm really confused between A and B. B seems to be the appropriate course of action as the car is being driven rashly and carelessly and it's loaded with children so they might be on a verge of accident whereas option A just thinks of driver of the car, friend in this case. Please help!
@@crack_xat Thank you Didi, also struggling with hierarchy order, tumi bolechile to find out managerial positions to sort out the type of decisions they will take, kintu practice korar somoy, it seems even low level managers are going with ethical decision in place of quick and immediate response.
@crackxat maam in question 3 fifth option it could be embarrassing for the person but in 3rd point, he would realise why he was sent for the session and realize his mistake. it's like Saap Bhi mar gaya aur lathi bhi nahi tutti. please help if my inference is wrong.
For 6th question i dont get how the answers can be (c) and (d). Someone has died, anytime first course of action for this should be to call the police or to inform the mangement. Second it is written that there is a violent reaction, how can you reason with a violent mob, its too dangerous for the person. I am sorry but i dont think that XLRI teachers who are teaching this have ever been to any construction site or have encountered such incident. Otherwise they know that how the workers react to such incidents and first course of action has to be to call police and management and by the time they reach you try to control the situation. Please respond

Hii. I will be appearing for XAT this year. I saw this video and the other one you posted on Decision Making and was able to get almost all correct. Are this question of same difficulty level as XAT. If yes than what should be good no. of attempts.
Akash, the best way to gauge the level are PYQs which are already discussed in the DM playlist: ruclips.net/p/PL8ztIIWEu17D6x0SA_4Pp5rT1nOdrrugC You should consider attempting around 18-19 questions.
Mam , your answer for ques no. 6 is absolutely wrong or rather bookish maybe. I am currently working in a construction site and the first thing “management “tells is - after death of a worker the first thing an engineer should do is remove your helmet & jacket so that no worker identifies you as an engineer and run away as fast as you can. The reason being is that you cannot reason /dialogue with an agitated worker at the time of death . This will only lead to injuries . They think you are the oppressor and because of your fault only one of “them “ lost his life . Best way is to escape the situation . All safety measures /settlements/dialogue are done the next day .
I understand Aditya! Mujhpe mat gussa ho jao please. I also don't agree with few answers ...hence got it wrong....but we will have to follow this pattern to score high.
