Dear friends in today's project I built a gasoline torch or burner that can melt copper and braze steel. The blowpipe will reach at least 1085 degrees centigrade. The torch has two settings, the first for the flow rate, the second for the temperature. In fact, a blue flame is warmer than a yellow one. The former proved to be less accurate, while the latter is very accurate. I had to slightly modify the gas generator I created. I married the flow of air that stabilizes the flame before the pressure regulator (with a small compressor it is necessary otherwise the pressure regulator is not stable for a long time). The generator must only be filled up to the edge of the inspection glasses, otherwise the petrol flows out directly from the torch. The machine consumes very little and works about 40 minutes with two small 20 + 20 milliliter petrol bottles. The explanation video will be treated separately.

Incredibile il risultato raggiunto. Complimenti.Vedo i video dei russi che usano barattoli di vetro. Ma in caso di calo di pressione del sistema il ritorno di fiamma dovrebbe essere inevitabile. O mi sbaglio?come si può evitare?

Ciao Stefano, finalmente qualcuno che se ne è accorto. Il ritorno di fiamma non è l'unico problema. Dal sistema deve uscire solo vapore e neanche una goccia di benzina (fiamma gialla). Ho poi perfezionato questo progetto e parlo delle tue osservazioni qui ruclips.net/video/GxxOvmf7VaA/видео.html
Questo è il risultato di un mese di esperimenti. Io realmente voglio usarlo, quindi dovevo assolutamente renderlo funzionale e sicuro per i miei parametri. Un caro saluto
