Hey man, that was an excellent video you made, and one of the most useful ones that I've seen on the subject. You even included multiple PCB wiring diagrams. It was very helpful. Thanks.
I received an Anet A8 3D printer with no documentation, so I did some Google searching to see what I could find. I got it up and running with a couple minor setbacks but while adjusting a limit switch, I touched a couple of solder joints on the small switch pc board. I saw a bit of a spark and my controller screen showed rectangle shapes filling the screen. I hooked up my USB cable to my laptop and the screen went to the normal view but the main board was not powered up. When I plugged in the main power the screen went back to the rectangles and my laptop shut down. Now whenever I plug in the printer it blows the GFCI. Any ideas as how I can fix it? Also, I found a two wire jack (marked P2 on the bed)that I don't where it plugs into. It is the smaller pair from the bed.
Well as far as i know your board is burnt but you can buy another bord for cheep or you can do the same thing as this guy did in this video with arduino and 3d printer shield and use the motors and frame in your current printer as a very good start point it will be far easy

Hello, Can you show me how to adjust the step for CO2 laser engraving machine using TB6600 driver and DLC32 circuit board. I searched for information online but could not find specific instructions on this issue

Hello friend, I hope you are well ... look, I have a problem with the screen, I do work correctly the screen when I connect the usb to the arduino with the ramp 1.4 and I can use it, but when I disconnect it and I want to connect the 12v power supply, the screen turns on, but I do not get the characters, I only get the squares, I try to set the contrast .. but nothing, it does not work. Why is it that causes me that failure?
Bro this happened with me also. When i used original Arduino megha 2560. The screen goes blank as soon as it disconnected from PC/desktop. When i replaced my Arduino megha with old one it worked. I don't know how, and what went wrong with original one... Still Do not know the solution but Make sure you power it through USB also apart from 12V power supply.

This is due to incorrect wiring of stepper motor. There may not be any issue with stepper as such. Some motors have different terminal may not connect directly, you have to switch some wires.

Hey if you have error " media int fail" Try following Congratulations.h - Define SDSUPPORT Configuration _adv.h - Define SDCARD_CONNECTION LCD this should solve problem Else try SD_DETECT_STATE HIGH/LOW Change this to high / low from default

Don't know the solution 😕 Really sorry for that. Just sharing my recent experience. I used original Arduino mega 2560 for my recent printer. My LCD display would turn off as soon as i connect to power supply. I searched a lot but couldn't solve the problem.
