There’s nothing better than a clean gas station with lots of choices of coffee, slushy’s, donuts, cheap gas, free air for tires, ect. You can’t help but stop there over a little crusty old kind of gas station ya know. QT, WaWa, Spinx, and what are some other great big gas stations??? Hotspot, gotta love their firework section over here in SC that’s around all year.
i’m in Illinois and there is a huge gas station called Wally’s (off I-55) that i always stop at when i drive by. it’s a take off the National Lampoon’s movies; they have their own made in house beef jerky bar, bbq sammiches, coffee bar (taps that look like beer taps) tons of snacks, candy, fountain drinks, and souvenirs and a kind of country store at the front (similar to Cracker Barrel) anyway, Wally’s is frickin awesome. Also, they have a location in Missouri off I-44.

I think Will should give it another go at football. I know it’s a demanding game but you’ve inspired so many blue collar football guys to put their head down and go to work every single day. I think Will misses being the guy everyone in the locker room loves and making the day of the other 52 guys on the team. But ultimately it’s up to Will. I think Will overthinks the player he is, leading to lack of confidence in himself at times. It would be awesome to be shown he is a high quality linebacker by a team. But who the hell am I anyways?

I really wasn’t sure about mike before this podcast but after this I’m def a fan. I kinda don’t like him saying athletes have been working their whole lives and fans don’t pay their salaries and they’ve been sacrificing their whole life and all that… hundreds of thousands of us worked to get through college and didn’t have a full ride and sacrificed 10X what a lot of athletes did/do. Fans also do pay every single athletes salaries. If no one watched or went to games then teams would have no money to pay anyone or have any big TV deals or any of that. I just hate being played the victim and having it so hard when soooooo many people have it waaaay worse. You think they had it hard or adversity but EVERYONE does!!! You can’t compare lives and journeys but I’m sure MILLIONS would change their lives in a heart beat and give up that first beer or whatever you think is such a big deal to make those millions rather than busting their asses 40-60 hours a week for $40k a year. We also have to wake up early and deal with life issues and give up absolutely everything for even HALF a chance at bettering our lives but never have a chance to make millions. Athletes aren’t victims and they are the privileged and they do need to realize it!!!!! Love Mike but just shut up about them not having a great life compared to so many people and fans not paying salaries and all that untrue nonsense. Really look at everyone’s situations and reality and don’t assume so much. Lots of people can’t afford lawyers and end up spending that year in jail and struggle finding jobs for the rest of our lives because of something we didn’t do but couldn’t afford to prove it wrong. Loves to act like a victim but has it pretty good for someone who’s always had it so bad and thinks the worlds against them.
