I drove us everywhere all the time because she ain’t have a car. One day she wanted to go fight some girls that was younger than us and I really wasn’t about fight no kids. She talk me into driving her there but before we made it we got in a car accident. My best friend ends up suing my insurance and I ask her and her mom if she was hurt for real and her mom said no. So I said well if you sue my insurance it’s going to make my payment go up more… her mom said “ so it’s only going up a little”. From them I cut her off so quick. Not to mention when we reconnected in high school she was in the process of suing another from their car accident and I would go to her chiropractor appointments with her and little did I know she would soon do me the same way.

Idk the laws in ATL but here in Cali the person doesn’t need to be on the lease to take legal action if you have a piece of mail that has your address but her name on it you can use that as evidence

Leave her where she at! I had a best friend since six grade… always use to do some shady stuff. Stop being friend for a while jr & senior year we reconnected got close after graduation. I drove us everywhere all the time because she ain’t have a car. One day she wanted to go fight some girls that was younger than us and I really wasn’t about fight no kids. She talk me into driving her there but before we made it we got in a car accident. My best friend ends up suing my insurance and I ask her and her mom if she was hurt for real and her mom said no. So I said well if you sue my insurance it’s going to make my payment go up more… her mom said “ so it’s only going up a little”. From them I cut her off so quick. Not to mention when we reconnected in high school she was in the process of suing another from their car accident and I would go to her chiropractor appointments with her and little did I know she would soon do me the same way.
