What happens if it is after our office hours and you have to get a new phone? What if somehow the eKEY gets removed from your phone and you have to install the app again?
You can always generate the code yourself, using the browser on your mobile device.

Greetings Nicole. Hope you are well. I'm in Maryland. I reached out to the association I'm affiliated with, to help me access Supra ibox for a showing. The association never heard of Supra ibox. Can you please help me. I even contacted Supra key, and they advised contact my association.

Every association has different rules, policies, and benefits. It is always best to contact your primary association for information regarding your membership, keys/lockboxes, etc. They will be most knowledgeable of how to assist you.
