As absolute beginner RC-pilot, I accidentally came across your RUclips channel and I was hooked from the first moment I watched you flying. Your videos do have a certain very pleasing aesthetic to it that make them absolutely fascinating to watch. I was not aware that one could fly acrobatic maneuvers with huge electric sailplanes with up to 4 m wingspan within such little space. I would say this is the best form of advertisement for the hobby you can do.
What I would like to see in addition, would be more details from your planes, how the installations of the electronic components look inside the fuselage and wing. Maybe even some basic setup of your planes in the transmitter, etc.
Other than that, just keep on the excellent work on your channel!

Hi, this was the best aerobatic I ever seen with F5J. Great flying skill.
These gliders sound like straight up spaceships when howling by without the motor. So freaking cool!
Wonderful flight ! You really know the limits of this airplane. This was something new for me for long time in youtube.
Personally, I would like to see some videos about how you tuned your plane and your radio setup/programming. Your flying is very smooth and fluid and that is something I would like to learn how to emulate. Regardless, I'm anxious to see your next video.

I've been in the hobby for 30+ years and mostly 3D helicopters with some 3D plane and glider... this is one of the first vids I seen where a glider was really used for aerobatics and got to say i impressed and now curious... got a feeling I just may wind up with one of these.

Inspiring flying Julian, good show! Also a good demonstration about strength of the very model. It is not always mandatory to take a thermal and fly away - Pilot himself gets the kick but for possible audience not knowing the competition, basic thermaling is more or less boring.
Merry Christmas Julian! Make sure you tell a little about why we do this and what equipment we use every time you make a video. Not too much. Just "Here is the wind direction and there is a bird thermalling and I will do the same" and "we use an brushless motor" etc.. Very basic information together with cool flying. Do it as now with a small info after 20sec flying. If you need more than 30sec talking do it at the end or as you fly. I feel new guys need info on very basic level first of all. Keep up the good work.
Schönes vielen .... es wäre cool wenn Du Videos über das genaue einstellen und einfliegen von f3j und f5j Segler machen würdest, Schwerpunkt festlegen etc. und über kreisen in der Thermik . Außerdem wäre es schön wenn Du den Unterschied zwischen Wettkampfmodellen und Allroundern zeigst
To answer to your question, you can maybe do some videos about eurotour etc. Like Pierre Meunier does on f3k eurotour, you can do some vlogs.

Mich schrecken F5j-Segler gerade wegen der geringen Masse immer ab, da ich mir denke, dass die nicht stabil genug sind...aber so einer wie deiner in Doppelcarbon hält ja schon was aus...spitze..ich bin gespannt, wie der Xplorer Pro den du gerade aufbaust sich stabilitätsmäßig in der Luft schlägt...dass der gut Thermik kann, ist glaube ich klar...NAN halt

Aerobatics with an F5J plane is a matter of taste. Sure, the strong wind versions will accept a lot of abuse, but it's still looking wrong.

Could you tell us more about your specs? What is the "JB special" motor (a micro powerline by schambeck ?) ? what are the propeller size + accu ? What is the weight of your ballast in this vid?
Excellent Video to show the strength of the BF explorer. But this motor thing hides every (IMO much more imortant) aspect of flying sailplanes. Why not talk more about the people of the F3J/F5J family?
That is a great idea. I have also thought about that in the past. It would have been theoretically easy to do this before competitons. During a competion I cannot do some filming, becaus it would be to much for me.
Is this heavier layup BF Explorer suitable for the GPS triangle light class? Its got me thinking

The best way is to showcase entry level planes. No need for the cheapest banggood stuff but maybe 1m DLG or similar. My reasoning is that if people are interested in RC planes and check the costs of the big planes you fly they won’t even consider starting the hobby.
Thank you for your comment! That is a great idea making videos with also less expensive rc models. I also have thought about in the past, too. In future I will definetely make some video like that :)
I don't think this can technically be called a sail plane as you seem to have a extraordinary amount of power and that allows you to do remarkable acrobatic feats.
This model is far far to expensive and technical for the average person to relate to. If your intention is to broaden the public knowledge of rc flying then maybe don't use a world class Competition glider to start off with. Don't miss understand me. I love these videos and find it amazing that you can turn a 3.8 meter Competition plane into a park flyer. And I'm glad I found your channel. I know a little bit about RC and still have a hard time wrapping my head around your flying abilities. As far a broadening the general public's knowledge about this hobby.... 🤔 I guess just keep doing what you're doing and engage with as many folks as you can. Keep up the good work

Ab ca 1400€gebraucht (flugfertig)..kommt drauf an wie der zustand ist...
Die leute die so krasse manöver mit solchen fliegern fliegen,sind gesponsert,darum ist ein schaden unrelevant.
Mit seinem "eigenen" flugzeug fliegt keiner so(niemand der seine fliegerchen liebt😅)

find a school math or Science teacher . fly this for there Students . Applied science and math .plan the seed . this is something I did.
