100% the bosses will be revealed to be overtuned and need to be nerfed. OR they'll be easily defeated with one thing they overlooked and they'll nerf how that unintended thing works. I wish to hell they'd make bosses with mechanics that DON'T make most of your champion's abilities worthless or ignored, and instead let people come up with a variety of interesting comps. That's one reason why people actually ENJOY making clan boss teams, because there's room to actually find new and interesting comps. Even now people discover new comps for Clan boss. These DT bosses are boring because they are designed SO damn tough and with so many restrictions on what will work that they clearly have specific idea of what you need to do to beat them and feel the need to explain it to you. Like seriously how is that fun? Why are we collection so many cool champions if we can't find a way to use them in end game content? I HATE the design route this game is going and on top of it all, they STILL haven't solved the things their community have BEGGED for for months / over a year.
They shouldn't even have the rare ones no one has that many rares leveled up because most rares are useless. the only strategy ive seen for rares in 5 stuns sets which is just plain dumb.

None of us want to play too easy or too hard content. So content must be created for newbies and for whales. If you are not pay-to-winner why you think you should pass content that was created for them... or why do you think none of content should be made for them, only for you?

@@cristinagomez3283 Eh, I've crafted hundreds of pieces of Perception and Resilience gear. More than 90% of it gets sold right away because the stats, rarity, etc are garbage. The DT bosses give so few pieces per rotation that you don't get hundreds of pieces of gear, and the stat requirements for those sets are even more strict because the sets have specific uses and so need specific stats to shine. In other words, while it isn't impossible to build a good set from DT materials, the odds are certainly stacked against you. If DT gear never rolled flat main stats, never rolled blue gear (or if charms guaranteed the roll you were looking for) then maybe the Forge/DT mats wouldn't feel like such a waste of time.

It's particularly frustrating that picking the stat you want with a charm, and the artifact TYPE (weapon, shield, etc.) and then you get some other random type 2-3 times, THEN when you DO get the type of artifact you want it often doesn't HAVE the STAT you were trying for... yeah. There's WAY too much that's randomized with the Forge, for the express purpose of making players burn through loads of materials, so they then have to gather more loads of materials. I'd be happy if we could just pick the artifact TYPE and main STAT on it, and have that come up 80% of the time. (Also, it OUGHT to be the MAIN stat---not "one of the sub-stats," IMO, because substats can only increase IF the random roll when upgrading the artifact *picks* that substat---whereas the main stat *always* increases with item upgrades. At least they could give us a 50/50 CHANCE that the charm stat we pick becomes the MAIN stat for the item!) I'm currently stuck with a character I was equipping with a "4 item" set from the Forge... and ran out of the hammers, because I had to make so many attempts to get the correct TYPE of item AND the correct stat I wanted. She has two empty slots. I don't want to remove the two items I'd already put on her, because costs an arm and a leg. She's useless until I can get her fully equipped. The hammers are only offered in *some* of the tournaments/events as prizes. I finally rebuilt my stock of hammers a bit, went to make the items---two OTHER types of artifacts, than what I picked charm for. Out of hammers AGAIN. Ugh.

Like the challenge of the new bosses for the most part, but at least scrab and the bomb guy REQUIRE specific champs that are dependent on RNG (which plarium says they supposedly want to avoid a situation like this but whatever) and the rewards are so underwhelming. By the time you can beat a boss on a specific difficultly your gear is already better than what you would get as rewards. uses your 5-6 star gear to earn pieces that can be combined into a 3-4 start gear? not worth the rewards but fun for people looking for a challenge I guess
Actually doom tower is premium content for experienced players (e.g with a lot of champions\items). It should be challenging for them. It should not be conquered with kael, hatun,scil, and double armiger.
@@MrRagday I have a large amount of champs and I enjoy making new teams to beat the doom tower but my point was that the login changes was because we're supposedly going to need a hex champ at an unknown time in the future at minimum 4 months for a unknown part of the game. Which I suspect will also be "premium" content, so the logic behind the login reward change is weak and likely untrue.

Next Update: Bommel's bombs can no longer be resisted, and will create duplicates of themselves when they detonate. Astranyx: Seer made this encounter too easy, so now while your champions have a copy of themselves on the field, they'll be unable to use their skills.
Dude, doom tower does drop several void shards and epic books on normal (and even golden shards and legendary books on hard). And it's not just for whales, it's for endgame players. I've been playing a little over a year entirely F2P now and I can clear both previous doomtowers on normal and get pretty far on hard.

@@soaremicheledavid6020 If you are struggeling with the spider, then your problem is not having not enough shards, it is not having the right tactic. You don't need highly specific champs or Legendaries for Nether Spider (at least not on normal), you just need one cleanser plus 2 decent healers and/or shielders while avoiding champs that have AOE or random target on their A1. If you don't have Doom Priest or Reliquary Tender, who are both great for the job, you can get buy with Medium (farmable Rare) plus two healers. Having a champ who puts out slow and/or reduces turn meter by a moderate amount (not fully, because of the spiders counter) to make the spider have less turns also helps (Armiger!)
Ninja is gonna be bad for the bomb guy, the way they explained it every time the hp burn does damage it will fill their turn meters by 20% so Ninja will give them free turn meter ( to over 100% )

They take away 5 * chicken and dont give legendary book in monthly reward how are you going to build/book these legendary champs?? there is 2 kind of hard bosses! challenging hard and punishing hard! challenging is fun but punishing is just frustrating. I feel those 2 new bosses are punishing players for not spending to get top-tier champs!!!

Whew, new bosses look like fun! It pays to not feed your dupes or leggos that you didn't like! I have a War Mother for Bommal and a Lyssandra for Astranyx's mirror copies. TIP: I DO see Lyssandra making a splash against Astranyx though... being a Speed Lead and controlling Turn Meter from the jump will be helpful... shoot, would almost allow you to ignore the fact you have mirror copies on the field. Just Turn Meter reduce, then do your worst. Good thing is if she doesn't have her A3 up yet, you can still burn her A2 against the other Lyssandra and stop the plan there too... and if all else fails, her A1 could have the Turn Meter Decrease mastery on first hit that could STILL give you the upper hand. If you have one, try this out when they come to DT and let me know if it works for you! Let's strategize folks!
I was thinking both her and Rhazin scarhide would be good matches for Astranyx. For bommal I was thinking Grunch killjoy or souldrinker and someone to rez him.

How does Plarium even fail in their own videos. Receive 100% more damage from HP burn for each HP burn; the voiceover guys then says it's 100% more damage for each bomb.
1:00 They cant be removed but...can they be transfered? Cause thats what Helior does and thats not the same as removing them. And Skimfos that transfers all debuffs from alies to himself than tranfers all to 1 enemy. Also if all your team gonna get wrecked by bombs or HP burn the Revive on Dead might help and Mother Cybele might no be so bad after all
PLEASE more space for Artifacts! They upped our mailbox and champion max storage, but didn't up Artifact storage. That's frustrating when you work hard to build up artifacts within a type with diverse combinations of stat-types... and then you hit the "1000 item limit" and they start rolling over and filling up your mailbox. Being able to sell unwanted Artifacts and Accessories is great---but limited storage, especially on Artifacts, is a royal pain---especially when you're also adding in new ones from the Forge, etc. And now they're adding two NEW artifact sets! Argh. There's near infinite combinations of Artifact type, stats, rarity... but given the number of Artifact SETS, very limited space for players to truly "mix it up" for various characters. IMO we need at least a 2000 item storage for Artifacts, NOT 1000. *AND* maybe an "Artifact Vault" we could store items in that we absolutely do NOT want to sell and are hanging onto to equip just the right character with, so we don't "sell by accident".
Does not look fun. Looks so damn complicated it will be frustrating as hell. Dark Fae? Build a team and hope that RNG doesn’t have her banish your most key champions. Where’s the fun in RNG losses? And bomb boss? Such specific comp requirements that there will be almost no chance of being able to innovate cool or unique comps. Prepare to see almost everyone using the same comp and strat. Boring. I like the idea of bosses that make under used champions useful, but not bosses that make most of your roster useless or a liability.
Very nice boss. Love the thinking behind it - "Everything proof shield ....!!!" - Master class in boss design there. 1. Lets make it so you cant debuff him - if you value your team. 2. Better not TM control him as well. 3. How about you dont buff either ! 4. Also immortal high damage adds. 5. Extra turns for the heck of it. Bommel on floor 10 of NORMAL is going to stop a vast majority of players especially newer players!!! Bommel needs a huge nerf even on NORMAL!!!!! I normally get to floor 8 on the Hard Doom Tower and no other boss has been close to his difficulty. Plarium blew it again with untested content and a loss of reality!!!
i have a strong feeling that Plarium know exactly what they are doing. I guess that they try to convince f2p-player like me to spend some money on shards and silver to get those specific champs with their unique abilities. they will for sure nerf that boss when they realize that they are actually loosing players over this bs.
Bomb guy just looks like he likes to get fucked over by tormin, maybe he is an attempt to redeem Phyxniel? Not tooo worried for now about him, he looks like 1 or 2 champs with the transfer debuff ability will be able to take him down comfortably. Not sure the fae will be as simple, but maybe it is just a question of setting up a well tuned seer team. quite possibly requires valk or someone with a similar passive then, wouldnt suprise me.

@@computersci9000 I haven’t been playing too long so usually I make it to floor 20 or 30 before I hit a wall. I finally beat him with Queen Eva, Scyl, cold heart, stag knight and tolf. They smacked him up pretty quick, just have to be fast enough out pace the stupid dread bombs.
F2P players, the time has come to look for another game. I was so happy to beat the normal tower several days ago for the first time at my 71 lvl. But it is obvious in this new season I’ll be unable to get the tower void shards. Damn, this game is for whales…
Same, beat the normal tower last weekend for the first time cause the Netherspider always fucked me up somewhere until i finally pulled a Mausoleum Mage and Doom Priest. Next rotation it's back to being stuck at ~stage 80-90 again. What a waste.

Year ago there was no inst25, no adjust-ai feature, no dt, no clan wars). But stupid community became greedier and greedier and ruin the game. I agree that some content should be in the game while ago (sorting, dupe fixer). And Plarium sucks for not doing it. But new content is always good even if I can't afford it right now. What you are doing with your complains, from my experience: - plarium wont give us any new content (why should they do that if anytime they give it, users start to complain and leave the game?) - plarium will give us easy to achieve content (I want a challenges, bcause late game in this game sucks, current late game arena is no good at all).
im pretty sure that on normal, you will just out dps them and on hard you can beat the rhino with high res and for this fae girl, you could try to use your arena team, you will go first and one shot the clones

By the time you can beat a boss on a specific difficultly your gear is already better than what you would get as rewards. uses your 5-6 star gear to earn pieces that can be combined into a 3-4 start gear? not worth the rewards but fun for people looking for a challenge I guess

Actually doom tower is premium content for experienced players (e.g with a lot of champions\items). It should be challenging for them. It should not be conquered with kael, hatun,scil, and double armiger.

@@MrRagday I have a large amount of champs and I enjoy making new teams to beat the doom tower but my point was that the login changes was because we're supposedly going to need a hex champ at an unknown time in the future at minimum 4 months for a unknown part of the game. Which I suspect will also be "premium" content, so the logic behind the login reward change is weak and likely untrue.
Thanks for the tips. The only bosses I care about losing to is having no silver to work on, and having no books to work on.

Dude, doom tower does drop several void shards and epic books on normal (and even golden shards and legendary books on hard). And it's not just for whales, it's for endgame players. I've been playing a little over a year entirely F2P now and I can clear both previous doomtowers on normal and get pretty far on hard.

@@soaremicheledavid6020 If you are struggeling with the spider, then your problem is not having not enough shards, it is not having the right tactic. You don't need highly specific champs or Legendaries for Nether Spider (at least not on normal), you just need one cleanser plus 2 decent healers and/or shielders while avoiding champs that have AOE or random target on their A1. If you don't have Doom Priest or Reliquary Tender, who are both great for the job, you can get buy with Medium (farmable Rare) plus two healers. Having a champ who puts out slow and/or reduces turn meter by a moderate amount (not fully, because of the spiders counter) to make the spider have less turns also helps (Armiger!)

Ninja is gonna be bad for the bomb guy, the way they explained it every time the hp burn does damage it will fill their turn meters by 20% so Ninja will give them free turn meter ( to over 100% )
@@1349-o2m you can just turn off hp burn but yeah its a dumb idea.....we have to build the worst type of champions in the game (bomb champions) for one boss. They take away 5 * chicken and dont give legendary book in monthly reward how are you going to build/book these legendary champs?? Get them credit cards out boys....trash game that just keeps sliding down hill.

Could you boost the drop rates on Ancient shards in dungeons to say 5 or 10%? Only like 1% drop rate I think which is crazy low.

Whew, new bosses look like fun! It pays to not feed your dupes or leggos that you didn't like! I have a War Mother for Bommal and a Lyssandra for Astranyx's mirror copies.
TIP: I DO see Lyssandra making a splash against Astranyx though... being a Speed Lead and controlling Turn Meter from the jump will be helpful... shoot, would almost allow you to ignore the fact you have mirror copies on the field. Just Turn Meter reduce, then do your worst. Good thing is if she doesn't have her A3 up yet, you can still burn her A2 against the other Lyssandra and stop the plan there too... and if all else fails, her A1 could have the Turn Meter Decrease mastery on first hit that could STILL give you the upper hand.
If you have one, try this out when they come to DT and let me know if it works for you! Let's strategize folks!
I was thinking both her and Rhazin scarhide would be good matches for Astranyx.
For bommal I was thinking Grunch killjoy or souldrinker and someone to rez him.

How does Plarium even fail in their own videos. Receive 100% more damage from HP burn for each HP burn; the voiceover guys then says it's 100% more damage for each bomb.

1:00 They cant be removed but...can they be transfered? Cause thats what Helior does and thats not the same as removing them. And Skimfos that transfers all debuffs from alies to himself than tranfers all to 1 enemy. Also if all your team gonna get wrecked by bombs or HP burn the Revive on Dead might help and Mother Cybele might no be so bad after all
As i understand transferring is just combination of removal + placing on enemy.

PLEASE more space for Artifacts! They upped our mailbox and champion max storage, but didn't up Artifact storage. That's frustrating when you work hard to build up artifacts within a type with diverse combinations of stat-types... and then you hit the "1000 item limit" and they start rolling over and filling up your mailbox. Being able to sell unwanted Artifacts and Accessories is great---but limited storage, especially on Artifacts, is a royal pain---especially when you're also adding in new ones from the Forge, etc.
And now they're adding two NEW artifact sets! Argh.
There's near infinite combinations of Artifact type, stats, rarity... but given the number of Artifact SETS, very limited space for players to truly "mix it up" for various characters. IMO we need at least a 2000 item storage for Artifacts, NOT 1000. *AND* maybe an "Artifact Vault" we could store items in that we absolutely do NOT want to sell and are hanging onto to equip just the right character with, so we don't "sell by accident".

Does not look fun. Looks so damn complicated it will be frustrating as hell. Dark Fae? Build a team and hope that RNG doesn’t have her banish your most key champions. Where’s the fun in RNG losses? And bomb boss? Such specific comp requirements that there will be almost no chance of being able to innovate cool or unique comps. Prepare to see almost everyone using the same comp and strat. Boring. I like the idea of bosses that make under used champions useful, but not bosses that make most of your roster useless or a liability.
Challenging means hard. Not "I watch a video, spend three days to level 2 champ for that boss and put it on auto"

Bommel on floor 10 of NORMAL is going to stop a vast majority of players especially newer players!!! Bommel needs a huge nerf even on NORMAL!!!!! I normally get to floor 8 on the Hard Doom Tower and no other boss has been close to his difficulty. Plarium blew it again with untested content and a loss of reality!!!
i have a strong feeling that Plarium know exactly what they are doing. I guess that they try to convince f2p-player like me to spend some money on shards and silver to get those specific champs with their unique abilities. they will for sure nerf that boss when they realize that they are actually loosing players over this bs.

Bomb guy just looks like he likes to get fucked over by tormin, maybe he is an attempt to redeem Phyxniel? Not tooo worried for now about him, he looks like 1 or 2 champs with the transfer debuff ability will be able to take him down comfortably. Not sure the fae will be as simple, but maybe it is just a question of setting up a well tuned seer team. quite possibly requires valk or someone with a similar passive then, wouldnt suprise me.

You need to farm dungeons for gear, and gear up right. Griffon is the easiest dt boss. Are you leveled to barely 40?

Do you even test the bosses? Lets say your anywhere from a f2p to mid tier spender you won't stand a chance.
Leave some content to top tier players. They need some love too :)
So having no bomb champs Bommal is pretty hard and he is the first boss in doom tower. Looks like I won’t be doing much doom tower for a while.

@@computersci9000 I haven’t been playing too long so usually I make it to floor 20 or 30 before I hit a wall. I finally beat him with Queen Eva, Scyl, cold heart, stag knight and tolf. They smacked him up pretty quick, just have to be fast enough out pace the stupid dread bombs.

F2P players, the time has come to look for another game. I was so happy to beat the normal tower several days ago for the first time at my 71 lvl. But it is obvious in this new season I’ll be unable to get the tower void shards. Damn, this game is for whales…
Same, beat the normal tower last weekend for the first time cause the Netherspider always fucked me up somewhere until i finally pulled a Mausoleum Mage and Doom Priest. Next rotation it's back to being stuck at ~stage 80-90 again. What a waste.
Just slow down a bit. This rotation of DT will come back in a few months.

@@DarkSun123456789 I am a gamer with experience. And I saw plenty of games that gives players new content (doom tower _is_ a new content. Year ago there was no inst25, no adjust-ai feature, no dt, no clan wars). But stupid community became greedier and greedier and ruin the game.
I agree that some content should be in the game while ago (sorting, dupe fixer). And Plarium sucks for not doing it. But new content is always good even if I can't afford it right now.
What you are doing with your complains, from my experience:
- plarium wont give us any new content (why should they do that if anytime they give it, users start to complain and leave the game?)
- plarium will give us easy to achieve content (I want a challenges, bcause late game in this game sucks, current late game arena is no good at all).

im pretty sure that on normal, you will just out dps them and on hard you can beat the rhino with high res
