using utopia double makes no sense in the cyber dragon duel u should of used utopia the got to c39 and the used spell or use prime s39 utopia then with 99 ability summon utopia double then use the free overlay unit to summon utopia double with 5 k in the beginning

If we summon raidraptor ultimate falcon nd detach 1 material ( earth dragon or rank up card ) of him can we use his negate effect?
