Only Corvette guys bring lawn chairs. That's funny. I have a 06 C6. But at least I don't wear New Balances, I now wear Kiziks. I am 66 and have bad knees. I need to sit down from time to time and can't spend hours on my feet. So, I will have a lawn chair. Hehe.
Funny you mention the touching car issue. I was at a small car show this past weekend. Father with a small daughter not old enough to know better. She basically ran up and touched every car. RIP paint job. LOL!
@@PhilipTamorria Ya I felt bad for the owners the parent did nothing to rein her in until she knocked something over displayed against one of the cars. 😬
Dude Phil! Pumping those videos out man! It’s amazing! Love the stuff. I wanted to ask, I’ve been a sports car guy and I love them man, I got a ND3 Miata as well, and it’s amazing but as much as I am a sports car guy, I love trucks too! I was wondering if your into that kind of stuff or off road vehicles. I’ve been eyeing on a F250 powerstroke for work but yeah! Would you ever own one?
@@shivenreddy5328 Yeah man, I like Trucks, especially the old ones. Id like to have an early 70s Chevy C10 with a 327 and a 5 Speed. You can’t go wrong with a Powerstroke though!
I do not see anyone trash talking at Pebble Beach: "I bet he's some rich kid with daddy's money." Do not blare your stereo at maximum volume and walk away and leave it turned on to disturb others. Do not lean all the way into someone's window to take a picture of the interior when their doors are closed. This is just me, but I do not think alcohol should be served/sold at car shows. It's a given that people will be driving, and the stupidity increases when there's alcohol involved.
Maybe this is just a perception issue for me but I find that the people that participate in Classic car shows or Classic car meet ups seem more down to earth, friendly and approachable than people at show where it is dominated by newer cars. What has your experience been?
What are some crazy things you’ve seen people do at car shows?
I watched a few of your old car show videos and I loved them. I'm really impressed with your near encyclopedic knowledge of cars!
@@jvu5106 I really appreciate it man! Thank you very much!

Good stuff and agree about the alcohol.
Unfortunately a lot of cars and coffee by me ,have disappeared due to people not controlling themselves and doing stupid things.

@@speedfiend925 it’s been a mix for me, I’ve met great and no so great people in all different groups
@@PhilipTamorria I think that is fair. I will try to make myself known better at the shows and events with newer cars.
