When you see a beer commercial, you instantly form an intent to check the fridge for some beer. There's no reason to think 3.7 seconds is 'too short' to form an intention to do something.
When the police took him in the back, they asked him what happened out there. He said i tried to kill the judge. They then added the attempted murder charge😅
He could never do something like trying to unalive a judge...He's a brain surgeon. Just look at him. Dressed in a fancy suite and tie. An upstanding citizen. Playing dress up with a criminal to try and let him look innocent.
At this point, let’s not blame any crime on the criminal. No need for judges and lawyers. None of that. Let’s just write on the paper. It was either drugs or mental health or a genie in a bottle, etc. etc.. because every court case I see nowadays with somebody does something and it’s even caught on film. They find a way to dismiss it and not make the criminal pay for any of their actions. The only people that are paying for crime now or innocent victims, and the unsuspecting public.
Hmmmm he pled guilty to all the charges except the attempted murder. So if he's mentally ill or adverse reaction to medication then why plead to any of the charges? Didn't think that one through now did you
I'm not listening to this especially after watching the video and listening to the prosecutors evidence. He has since pleaded guilty, now we are waiting for sentencing!
If defendant's could blame or fail to accept responsibility for their actions by saying, "I wasn't on my meds," or "I was high on meth," or "I was intoxicated and didn't know what I was doing," then they would always be able to escape responsibility. He's guilty. The meds, or lack of meds, didn't make him try to kill the judge. Think about an appropriate sentence of at least 20 years OR more. He'll have time to mature out of this kind of conduct.
@@joshuaDstarks OK if he admitted it, then that makes sense. Because you don’t get that charge unless you admit it, or in the process of doing it, you shout, or say, I’m going to k!!!!llll you. So now that makes more sense. Thank you for that information because I did not know that part of it.
This defense attorney is trying to convince people judge wasn't hurt that bad. Well, let's see, if the defendant was alone with the judge and he attacked her, would judge be alive? Nope! No way.
I don’t feel bad for her honestly bc it’s on paper that his schizophrenic these judges be acting like they better then everybody then play victim when people wanna attack them or whatever the case is
3.7seconds is plenty of time to form intent. I think it’s more a case of what that intent was. It’s a hard sell to call it attempted murder, especially without a weapon or any serious injuries. 🤨
If he wasn't attempting to at least hurt her then what was his purpose when he jumped OVER the table to run towards the judge? What would you think if he was approaching you? "Oh yes, everything is okay, he didn't mean it?" Serious???
Did u watch the whole video clip of how he attacked the judge? She was on the floor totally overpowered. If the men didn't step in it would have been game over...

There was complete intent! He wasn't intending on giving her a hug when he launched himself full force to attach her similar to an uncaged animal!

He seemed perfectly fine before he jumped the judge. I saw it. He’s just violent. That’s it.
I think that’s it yeah
That's the mindset of a psy Cho path.

So funny
Doesn’t take any responsibility always someone else’s fault
That appears to be a common theme within a certain dem o graphic.
He should have told the Judge that he was a hugger .

His lawyer told him to throw himself on the mercy of the court, but he completely misunderstood.
IN MY VIEW
This guys attorney sounds foolish with his defense words. This FACTUAL case that includes video and witnesses reveals the truth.
Bruh knows he’s done 😭

When he bolted to attack the judge, he intended to kill her. It was all decided in an instant! 3.7 seconds? LMFAO

Smart move/ defense!❤
Attacked, yes but murder ? When I saw they are charging him with murder even i was shocked.
He admitted he was trying to unalive the judge…an hour after attempting to.
Blame him, he himself.

Mental health is real, PTSD is Real, Trauma is real.
So is violence. And lack of consideration to others. And mental illness.
Absolutely! This guy though is violent
So is attempted murder and murder. The sky, rain, wind, snow and many other things are real. What's your point, if any?

Attacking someone without knowing if you will KILL them or not is real. Understand this statement comes from someone with all that you mention.
