Alivia Randazzo I used to to have migraines but this girl told me that if you split your hair (bottom half vs top half), it'll lessen the strain on your hair. Pony the bottom half first as high as you want it, then gathrr the bottom half and pony the top half to the bottom half. And viola! The strain on your head is significantly less!
