They're playing the ladder game (sort of like a game of chance) to decide which member will be going to which part of Korea for a fanmeet. Each member will be going to 6 different parts of Korea and they're keeping it a secret so fans will have a surprise on the day itself as to which member turned up at which location (: (the event was on 17/10 so it's over already)

Basically you write the names of the people playing at the top and draw vertical lines for each, then you draw random lines across them to create the "ladders". At the bottom you put whatever choices you are deciding, in their case it seemed like it was some kind of order. To actually play you just follow down the line but turning on every horizontal line you come across until you reach the bottom. Sorry if I wasn't too clear but I hope you get it.
