Making Tea, Squirrel's Tea Ritual, The Soothing Sound of Pouring Tea | ASMR (No Talking)

I always brew tea and keep it in the fridge, so I have a drink ready to go!
In reality, drinks sold by shops isn't more convenient because you can only enjoy it when you go out. After finishing it, you have to sort and recycle the cups. Just thinking about it feels exhausting.
Do you have a habit of making your own drinks, or do you prefer purchasing hand-shaken tea drinks from stores?
