Great vid, just want to emphasize how important it is that people replicating this build don't have ANY augur set effects (from secondaries or party members with Brief Respite). If you have one of these effects you will overwrite your 5s shield gate with a tiny shield gate as soon as you cast an ability. This is critical for your survival.
Temporal Artillery Protea has been my go to recently for non SP exterminate void missions. Just need to remember to cancel her 4 before the duration expires. A different coat of paint from the Titania Sunder/ Dark Verse and works on levels where Sunder doesn't one shot.
At this point im convinced im the only person that enjoys Temporal Anchor, knows how to make best use of the runback and LETS it run back instead of cancelling it.
Ahh, I got my protea prime few days ago and having blast playing her. I tried some builds on her and by far roar build is the most fun. The damage that her turrets can dish out is insane and playing around her passive is very addictive 😅
I use a duration build too, but i use it with her 4 augment so she strips armor. it removes the need for archon vitality entirely as its a useless mod in terms of the health boost, its only used to double heat procs which doesn't matter at all if enemies don't have armor. Only thing i wish DE did is let you reverse her 4, so you can tap it to disable the ability instead of holding the key. many times ill hear the clicking sound of the power about to end and i hold down the key but im too late and spend a few seconds reversing.
Blind rage over transient? Equilibrium is wicked strong on protea and that would give this build +44% strength and +27.5% duration for -55% efficiency (comparatively)
I like this build i have one very similar but i use zephyrs air burst to group enemies i find the grouping helps the multiplier go up so much faster that it makes a bigger difference than roar,

Yeah I'm really not feeling this one lol Roar is soooo boring that even though it might be the best pick I'd just rather not use it lol Larva or ensnare are not used as much so they're immediately a better pick in my eyes Also having arcane steadfast on protea is just silly 🚮

Fashion question: theses "visions/shadows" that his protea leaves behind is because of her prime access ephemera? I thought it was just the orbs spinning and spewing particles
I don’t have protea yet, so I might be missing something, but if the dispenser gives infinite energy with equilibrium, and duration is very important, wouldn’t it be better to switch transient fortitude with blind rage?

Blind Rage is a direct upgrade on this build over Transient Fortitude given the easy sustain dispensary gives - this was an oversight on my part.

That would be good for quicker on the run missions yea, overall not a fan of 4th ability otherwise

I reccomend going into operator during it to cancel wind back

@@jasonm2477 i reccomend magus lockdown or smt where going into frame groups enemies together
I have a similar build, but I gave her an umbra forma and equalized her strength with duration; the roar she does can go up to nearly 150%!

Protea does cast a lot so it make sense for arcane steadfast to be used

Hey man, one thing - why do You love the conjunction survival so much? As far as I know, Void Cascade is better, because the thrax drop arcanes.
