now he can't combo his only mid in the corner with ice clone, cooldown is longer meaning no more corner setups that are easier, now he gets to spend 2 bars for shit damage, these buffs are awful
@ f12 or stand 12 cause stand 12 combos without deadly vapors and stand 12 is high mid not mid mid like f12 which is his only starting mid and also if it’s true you can combo f12 with non meter burn vapors than that’s another nerf to his damage cause the scaling is crazy if you don’t EX
@@Synical02 reiko got arguably the biggest buffs in this patch with his overhead launching and Serena meter gain allowing them to be an even stronger zoner. If NRS legitimately cared about this, ashrah wouldn’t have gotten their buff either. Yet they’ll still put safety measures on smoke and sub so they can play slightly different rather than significant help they need.
The same fully enhanced clones scale so much it seems entirely pointless to use. Idk man, as a sub main, I feel like NRS are fuckin with us. Like, they know what everyone is saying, they don’t address the issues and they give us some modified moves and stealth nerf f12 into clone. My guess is that when there’s a season for Sub, they will actually do something and they are playing mind games to keep play retention. But what do I know?

The worst thing is that they made slide with spear with holding 3 button. No you can make mistake when you have opponent by sliding him out from the corner
Also if you start a combo by baiting someone into ice klone then after 5 seconds if you still keep them in a combo you can use the klone again and it will freeze them again. Now we need to find a loophole to make reset combos

I’m just a filthy causal l but In a world where Homelander can reset you and restand you more than once within the same sequence without the use of meter & Cyrax (if set up correctly, which not hard btw) can infinitely throw loop you METERLESSLY. I think a hit confirmable low and overhead, a faster mid, and faster ice ball is not even close to a lot to ask for. Not to mention ice clone now being 60 frames and we lost our F12 ice clone combo. Wtf are they doing 😂

Still my favorite character and against stupid people who refuse to stop pressing or block on wake-up / pressure sequences, freezing over and over is super satisfying. They didn't buff him, they gave him some more gimmicks. He's still a shit character. At this point all I'm asking for is for his slide to go under projectiles on reaction not a guess.

They coulda def gave him a bit more, BUT I think nrs knows to be careful with someone like sub. UNFOURNATELY he's 1 of 2 most popular characters so his player base is FUCKING annoyingly loud. Same for Smoke even though he really wasn't that bad before the buff, AND NOW OMG. These buffs were kind of Quirky, but tbh I think being safe, and testing the waters is smarter than pressing the mega buff button. He already has the skeleton of a good character, and certain "small" buffs can actually make him op, and VERY annoying. Look at scorpion, and nitara.

Honestly, being able to refreeze the opponent with Ice Klone even if they already were frozen is a big buff. Before, sometimes I freeze my opponent with Ice Ball and so I can’t use Ice Klone.
Slide should be faster and reach full screen. Ice ball should be fast Enhanced deadly vapors should have less scaling Overhead should be 20 frames and less punishable on block. Tho ice klone feels way better, the 2 bar enhanced one should have no scaling and should be unbreakable. And the regular 3 ice klones should have less scaling. I think NRS knows he'd be top tier if the correctly buffed him.

I noticed tho you amp freeze and can get 40% from back 2 twice jump 2 1 then amp freeze before they hit the floor, slide knock them up then do 222 into the third clone then jump 1 3 4 try it
@ yeah bro there's a one bar enhanced ice clone too... For that you have to tap RT after you do db1... You are supposed to slightly delay the amp and not it as the usual way

He can combo the mid in the corner actually, you have to use the 1, 2 after meterless vapor
