- Biskut raya berperisa cappucino yang berkopi dan kaya rasa lemak susu dari mentega tulen dan krimer, sesuai bagi peminat biskut berperisa kopi. Rasanya tidak terlalu manis dengan tekstur biskut yang rangup.

Jumlah Biskut : (+-) 130 keping
❤️BAHAN-BAHAN :
250 gm mentega bergaram (lembut) | 1 cawan
180 gm gula kastor/gula pasir dikisar halus | 3/4 cawan & 2.5 sudu besar
1 biji kuning telur gred A/B
1 sudu besar cappucino emulco
1 sudu teh cocoa emulco
36 gm milo | 1/4 cawan
15 gm serbuk badam | 1/8 cawan (optional, boleh skip)
20 gm krimer coffeemate | 1/8 cawan
70 gm tepung jagung | 1/2 cawan & 1.5 sudu besar
306 gm tepung biskut/tepung redrose | 2 &1/4 cawan + 3 sudu besar
6 gm baking powder | 2 sudu teh
🌹Hiasan :
Crocuant
Coklat urai
Cip coklat
Putih telur
SUHU MEMBAKAR BISKUT : 170℃ | 338℉ selama 20-23 minit pada rak tengah/kedua bawah, api ataas bawah. Panaskan ketuhar 10 minit.
📢NOTA:
1. Boleh gantikan tepung biskut/redrose dengan 278 gm tepung gandum (2 cawan & 3.5 sudu besar) dengan 30 gm tepung jagung (1/4 cawan).

180 gm caster sugar/ finely ground granulated sugar | 3/4 cup & 2.5 tbsp
1 large/medium yolk
1 tbsp cappucino emulco
1 tsp cocoa emulco
36 gm milo | 1/4 cup
15 gm ground almond | 1/8 cup (optional, can skip)
20 gm Coffeemate creamer | 1/8 cup
70 gm cornstarch | 1/2 cup & 1.5 tbsp
6 gm baking powder | 2 tsp
306 gm biscuit/cookies/redrose flour | 2 & 1/4 cups + 3 tbsp)

Crocuant
Chocolate sprinkles
Chocolate chips
Egg white
BAKING TEMPERATURE (COOKIES) : 170℃ | 338 ℉ for 20-23 minutes at middle/middle bottom rack, top & bottom heat mode. Oven preheated for 10 minutes.

1. You can substitute cookies/biscuit/redrose flour with 278 gm all purpose flour (2 cups & 3.5 tbsp) and 30 gm cornstarch (1/4 cup).

Biskut yg ada elemen rose, gabungan apa yg sesuai mcm laici, bandung atau kekacang. Admin boleh bagi idea?
Biasa orang buat dengan pistachio kan (sis pun baru nak mencuba tahun ni), kalau buat jenis drop cookies, masukkan chopped nuts sikit & choc chip pastu drizzle white/dark choc kat atas pun okay juga rasanya
