Doug - Doug's Math Problem / Doug's Big Feat (cuts into beginning of 2nd segment)
Rugrats - Touchdown Tommy / The Trial
The Wild Thornberrys - Flood Warning
Cousin Skeeter - Mo' Skeeter Blues (premiere; partial, only a little over half the episode)
First Nickelodeon find in awhile; yes I uploaded the tape from 1987 just a month ago, but I'd had that stockpiled for awhile. This is a pretty neat recording, with plenty of Nickelodeon bumpers and promos. Lots of promos for Antz, including a t-shirt promotion and even an interview with the voice actors, which was neat. This was also around when The Wild Thornberrys first premiered, within less than a month actually, so the early rerun in this tape I find pretty cool. Most important thing of note though is the Cousin Skeeter episode, and while yes, it's incomplete, this episode was previously lost in its entirety. I'll be uploading the episode shortly after this video goes up, and I'll note more of my thoughts there.
For commercials, we've got the typical cereal, a neat Blockbuster ad, etc. Some interesting stuff here is the Crash Bandicoot Tiger Electronic game (y'know, part of the terrible Tiger handheld line), the recent at the time VHS release of Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island, some local Virginia ads, and a couple other neat things here and there. Oh yeah, and there's plenty of Nickel-O-Zone bumpers, almost all of which featuring Shaquille O'Neal that I don't think have been uploaded before. Neat! Anyway, hopefully you enjoy the upload.

1998 was the last good year for Nickelodeon.
But why though?
I think that somewhere in the 2010’s was truly Nickelodeon’s last good year, until this year with the new Splat rebrand.
@@javianwilliams7463 because that was when Nickelodeon was less corporate and didn’t milk the hell out of tv shows until it runs to the ground.
Spongebob started in 1999....so wrong
@@MatthewTrapp-w7l what I meant to say was was it was the last year of Nickelodeon’s golden age.
Antz. My favorite 1998 film 🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜🥪🍞🥖🥨🌭🍔🥗🍰🥧🧃
@2:24/17:50, I totally remember That Nickelodeon “ANTZ” Promo!😂🤣❤️📺🎶👍🏻
This was a depressing time in my life. It is fun though to go back to it knowing what I struggled with then does not exist now. Yet I do have different struggles but not like then.
Aunt Jemima Breakfast. My Favorite!
Antz is not much entertaining as A Bug's Life, right?
Bugs life is better
In my personal opinion, a bug's life is better than Antz
Wow young jlo didn’t even know she was in antz
Great Memories! (plus I'm sticking with the 2 Barry Sonnenfeld Addams Family movies over this crappy remake or reboot movie with Tim Curry!)
Excellent original nickelodeon
13:52 Is This the Last Shelby Woo?
I need to find the Tyco RC ones even hot wheels.

Doug is made by Disney not Nickelodeon
Doug should've never been made by anybody. He sucked.
0:41 Another racist Baby Doll Commercial only displays the Caucasian Doll. & not the African American Doll. These Commercials would lowkey make me angry back in the day before I learned what racism was all about.
