Hi. I've been in dubai in 2015 and come back to my country in 2021. So in ds 260 in the question have you ever traveled to any country within 5 years? Should I says yes or no? Within 5 years I was in dubai but I traveled in 2015.

If you said on ds260 you are immigrating with him, yes you go to medical examination and interview both of you but after interview you leave him, go alone but make sure he joins you with six months before his visa expires - and this is the easiest way. If you said not immigrating with him, then you go alone but processing a visa for him later on will be a long process.
