I remember always waiting until the end fanfare to perform a combo attack. That was so epic every time.

@@raybjb450sw6 I remember playing this game for hours and hours as a child, the music is engraved into my memories. I can't thank you enough for uploading this quality version of the music. other videos i have seen have pretty bad sound quality

    軽快な音楽とは裏腹に、辛いバトルってタイトルだった気がしますね…
    こちらが4人で相手が7人くらいの時とかに流れていた気がしますw

Hated the ost for this game, was WAY too cheery for my liking. Even in the serious moments, the ost just wasn't matching what was going on.

I like that while cheerful it's very intense. It matches the tone of the world and artstyle, if it was more somber like FFT idk i dont think it would translate that well.

A very cold take. This OST is God tier.

Cold, yet fair take. It's not like war of the lions or tactics ogre LUCT, where the soundtrack is more representative of the situations. Still has its charm though.

One of my favorite OSTs. I cannot relate to you at all. Most battles sound like an upbeat army march which fits because the characters are just a bunch of kids. It’s supposed to be cheery because it’s a fairly optimistic setting. A world where you can be a hero without any danger of dying.
The darker scenes had appropriately dark songs like the final boss and the Jagds. But in general it isn’t a dark game. Even the sequel, after the characters escape from the book, they aren’t afraid of it and congratulate the Luso for surviving his trip inside of it because the world it self exists to be therapeutic and help people work through their trauma.
