So many women have endometreosis/PCOS and other similar disorders. I have PMDD. I also cut out cereals and carb overloading to avoid the spike in sugar/inflammation. What helped me a lot besides the aforementioned and reducing stress were some recommendation from my PNI doctor. A must for all women I was told is Magnesium glicinate, cod liver oil, and I take another supplement which includes mushrooms and other natural herbs. The months I slacked on taking them I felt it in my following period😣
I hope you find the perfect balance for you!🙏🏾

Yep! They're way too common, and the medical industry doesn't seem to see a problem with this which is absurd but unsurprising since they remain in existence from people being ill and needing medications and surgery... hmmm- I need to look into switching out my magnesium oxide supplement for magnesium glycinate as I've just looked it up and it has a much higher absorption rate! Thanks for mentioning that. I may start alternative between Omega 3 fish oil and cod liver oil. Will do more research in it. Can't wait to learn more about supplements and nutrition in general from the courses I've recently enrolled on! Thanks for sharing what you do!

Sure enough, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.
