The best tip I can add to your list sir is to Hire an experienced Gaffer, no matter how good we may be an experienced gaffer would make us look from good to Great 👍
Great video, but I would’ve like to have seen the Director of Photography named instead of director as I follow DoPs more than directors. Maybe more future in depth videos on each individual topic?
On Wes Anderson. His symmetric style is one of the most recognizable and easiest to explain - just make a symmetry. But this style is not the best and not the most cinematic. Kubrick did symmetry and one vanishing point perspective but Kubrick's films does not have that "wessy andersony" look.
Storytelling is the number one thing you should learn as a creator of some art.
Thanks for the class sir.
See you soon.
Correct, and follow the 7-Part Character’s Journey.
Very few people talk about the works of Wong Kar Wai, Zhang Yimou and others. Good to see works from "other" places being cited.
Love how you included so many actual movie frames for reference. Awesome video my guy!
Waw! información que vale oro !! Saludos desde Frontera, Coahuila, México!!!
Superb visual examples, and quickfire tips to spark off the imagination. Top notch video 😃⭐
Please make a video about focal length and when to use which, what feelings evoke etc...
Story is key, now let's make it look good ;)
I’m beginning my journey, and I’m excited to learn, and this video is what I needed today. Thank you.
