Well as a programmer myself with a minor in animation, I can assure you that CGI animation, even when it's super basic, is quite involved. So it would make sense to recycle animation to save A LOT of time.

In my Country we don't do Halloween because so many people think that october is the month of the devil and halloween is the devils day ( Christian people say that), only a few do it like my kindergarten does it by inviting children and teens to trick or treat.
Since covid we cant do that so....
