Good news. You'll feel more like yourself after 4-6 weeks. That's great that you have the incontinence under control. You're ahead of the curve on that. One month to go till I get my PSA checked after surgery. Hoping for a zero!!

So after two years the doctor wants to move to annual PSA testing? Mine was contained as well with no lymp node spread and I had my two year in November 2023 which thank god was still undetectable and my doctor now wants to move to once a year testing as he is confident of cure but I wanted to keep it ever six months for the first five years. Maybe I just need to go with the doctors advise and less worry.

Joe, great that they didn't find any marginal spread. How many lymph nodes did they remove? My surgeon removed a about dozen pelvic lymph nodes on the left side and a dozen on the right. For me, they found metastasis in four of the 25 removed. My cancer was categorized as aggressive as well with a decipher score of 0.68.
