    Hi Didi, in America the psychiatrist never takes us out of our antipsychotic medications because after a few months the symptoms usually come back. In America we take medication for life.

      hi, I've heard that before. Everyone's case is different. Resiliency, prognostic factors,pre-morbid developments,neurocognitive skills, vulnerability to psychosis etc etc. So if that's the case for you guys, then that's okay. However this is why being monitored and psychoanalysis is important. It's like cancer. Every patient is different.
