    Please what do we go when we were given TPC=10Q+1.5Q^2
    MPB=100-2Q
    MEC=2Q
    Calculate
    1) the output and price of dry cleaning if it is produced under perfect competition
    2) determine the socially efficient price and output of dry cleaning
    3) determine the tax that would result in a competitive market producing the socially efficient output
    4) what is the net welfare gain to society from producing at the efficient outcome
