It's funny and ironic that she answered without any hesitation considering what happened last time someone asked her that question. For those of you who aren't aware, this isn't the first time someone assumed that she was Goblin slayer's wife. During Goblin Slayer's first promotion exam he was being observed, and when the examiner asked Cow Girl if she was his wife, she got all flustered saying that she wasn't.

@@shoobzy3431 Putting it into perspective, it makes sense why age is different in medieval times compared to now. All the trauma and hardship someone goes through during that time period happens a lot quicker… perhaps…

If we can look past how many refused to watch Goblin Slater season 1 because of the first episode, we still have some chill, slice of life moments with our characters, so it's not too bad.

@@peternguyen7530 this is the reason I love the show to begin with. It’s the right amount of violence, horror and wholesome moments that it doesn’t get boring. I rewatched the first season twice and even watched the movie. 🤩
tbh considering she knows so much about him and his past plus she knows that an adventurer's life can suddenly end that would make her the perfect candidate honestly. Prob safer out on a farm near the city vs in the thick of it imo.
until the season finale of the last season when a goblin army was solely setting their sights on their farm because it was a perfect foothold to establish geographically to attacking a more major human settlement xD

@@sparking023 not sure about the guild girl part, while I'm sure he understands that cow girl loves him because she has straight up talked about marriage and settling multiple times. But I don't think he knows about guild girl just from hints alone ,he probably just thinks she is a good friend.

A marriage is not a goblin, therefore, he has no interest in it.
He may try to stay distant from everyone, maybe to avoid feeling loss again or to better focus on killing goblins, but we all know he cares deeply for her. Goblins threatening the last part of his peaceful life he has left cracked that stoic shell in season 1. I hope season 2 breaks some more of that wall down.
