You have to make your why stronger. Why is studying the most important thing in your life? Write down the reason, and put it infront of your wall when you study. Apart from this, use the 5 minute rule that I have made a video about.
How can we guinuely be interested in people when most of the people's interests is in negativity and gossip, so my question to you is that how can we be guinely interested with this kind of people and at the same time not be a part of any negative conversation and gossip? As I feel gossips reduces our inner peace. And most of the people are more prone to it.
