I knew I was good for something lol knocking the dust off of all this old dusty stuff as I finally over came the learning curve on how to do this I knew I was onto something a few weeks ago. Excellent , I hope it makes it fun for you and the world :)
In terms of Steve's career, 1993 was probably his lowest point. NeXT was a massive failure, PIXAR was undergoing a very difficult path for "Toy Story". When 1994 came and "Toy Story" was a surprise smash hit, Steve instantly put himself as CEO of Pixar and immediately made the company public. NeXT was becoming a very small player in the computer biz, but by 1996 Apple was interested in NeXTSTEP for the Mac. The rest is history. It was one of the greatest 'rise/fall/RISE' business stories and human stories.
absolutely. there's an interview he did the following year in 1994 where he suddenly understood the internet and where it was all heading. you can hear the lightbulb going off. this is the last "pre-internet" prediction of the future he made. @sherbournesubwaymess
Fat Binaries...wow, the precursor to the Universal Binaries; I can just imagine how much this has blown their mind back in the day, stuff we usually take for granted nowadays.

APPLE is more the name I am used too. Next is somehow the alternative 'try' for Steve Jobs that succeded I suppose. Kind regards. The APPLE I-Phone is revolutionary and invented in the Netherlands.
I went to this. We all knew it was doomed, but we had no idea where this would ultimately lead to
Did you get to talk to steve after this?
Steve Jobs was 1 clever guy, who was also lucky enough to meet Steve Wozniak, an even cleverer guy.
@@next8907 Oh no. I did talk to Dan Lavin afterward
I don’t think I’ve ever seen this. Fantastic job uploading this.
It's amazing how he brought the same exact style of conducting the expos at Next to Apple! 😊

I wonder how easy remastering this, upscaling and removing audio noise would be?
try yourself we will apreciate that!
I miss Steve...

Steve❤
What are these flashing lights?! lol weird. He certainly improved over time
It’s strange being reminded a fair bit of Steve’s language wasn’t new but reused again and again.
Just add Linux to the OS Survivors and Steve was right.
@37:03 wonder what this guy ended up doing? LUL
Luckily, with the acquisition of NeXT by Apple, OSX is basically NeXTSTEP, so I assume he followed Steve back to the Mac.
