Well maybe you can help me distinguish the difference between your beef asado and beef Mechado as I’ve always been confused between the two. When I saw your ingredients and way of cooking it resembles mechado so much (maybe except for the bay leaf?). I’m not really sure.
You're right, it seems that adding bay leaves is all that's needed to make it mechado. These dishes-like asado, menudo, and mechado-are cousins so they have similarities. Haha! Thank you for watching💖

Alam mo ba ang sikreto para mawala ang amoy ng bawang sa iyong mga kamay? Kapag naghuhugas ka ng iyong mga kamay, kumuha ng kutsara at ipahid ito sa iyong balat kasama ng sabon. Ang mga compound na gumagawa ng amoy ng bawang ay dumidikit sa metal. Ang amoy ay tinanggal mula sa iyong mga kamay na iniiwan itong malinis na amoy.
